Portrait of a Yilf: Lucas Frost

Birthday wishlist: an open letter to The Boyfriend

Vickie's Vocabulary, ver. 1.0

My friends say I can curse like a sailor, but this isn't about four-letter words (mostly). It's about the terms for sexual organs and acts that I use for posts here on my blog, for my favorites on Xvideos, and for my links on Diigo.

These words, which used to be applied almost exclusively to women, are now frequently used by women to apply to men's faces, bodies, and body parts. I think it reflects a changing power dynamic. Women look at, admire, and lust after male beauty and are not ashamed to admit it.

Outercourse

The most prominent male genital organ. It's a cute name for a cute organ, whether erect or flaccid. Alternate names sound too brutal to me. Combining term: penis-vulva rubbing

A man's lover fingers his prostate through his anus. If there is little or no penile stimulation, the result is that the man emits semen, but does not have an orgasm.
Pubic hair

Why *mature* women lust

Time magazine has an article called The Science of Cougar Sex: Why Older Women Lust.

First thought: duh!

Second thought: Who you callin' "older" or a "cougar" for that matter?

Then I thought, I'm a woman of a certain age myself, maybe I should know about this. Turns out, according to evolutionary theory, women between 27 and 45 (this is what they're calling "older"?) have bodies that still want to get pregnant but need more sex to make it likely. I guess that makes sense. I don't want to get pregnant myself, but I do recall getting hornier in my mid- to late 20s. (And you, dear reader, are one of the beneficiaries of that biological fact!)

I'm still not keen on the title of the article, though. "Cougar" connotes an older woman who is out to get younger guys. And if that works for you, cougars, more power to you! But the article had nothing to do with that. It was about sexy *mature* women having more sex with partners of any age.

Just when I thought I was so clever to link Mother's Day and MILF porn, I find out that the oh-so-fashionable women's magazine, Marie Claire, has descended into the gutter with me.



Its May issue features the article, "Are We Ready for MILF Porn?" It describes how MILF porn is the second-most-popular genre and "It's a Mommy Thing 4" (the film I reviewed) is the most popular title in the genre. It also tells us that 41-year-old Demi Delia (and others of her cohort) is the object of adoration for much younger men.

A Mother's Day review of "It's a Mommy Thing 4"

Some you may not be familiar with the MILF concept. It stands for "Mother I'd like to f*ck." If you see the term in the title of a porn movie, it means that someone (often a younger man) is having sex with someone who is a mother or at least old enough to be one. Being a woman of a certain age, I can certainly appreciate movies that treat women like me as sexy, desirable people.



I recently ran across the movie, "It's a Mommy Thing 4." In some of the scenes, the woman is the stepmother or adopted mother of the man (or woman) she's having sex with. In one, the woman seems to be a mother-for-hire, and in another, the younger woman calls the older one "Mommy." Eww! I am not keen on incest, even if it is simulated by actors who are not actually blood relatives.



If you're like me, you'll take advantage of the miracle of DVD technology and skip to scene three. In this one, Francesca Le plays a stepmother with her stepson.
